The Club at Carlton Woods

There are many membership categories at The Club at Carlton Woods that will enable prospective members the type of club experience that fits their needs. Membership Categories:

Golf	Non-Recallable Family Membership - Access to All Club Amenities including golf, tennis, swimming, health & fitness, and social facilities of the Club. - Golf Members will not be required to pay green fees or court fees for the use of the golf and tennis facilities, but will be required to pay daily golf cart fees. - Each applicant will be subject to approval of the Club. - Monthly dues apply. - Only Carlton Woods Property owners qualify for this membership - 100% Refundable after two years with incentive. - 100% Refundable at anytime without incentive. (All refunds are subject to resignation policy.)
Non- Recallable Invitational Golf	Non-Recallable Family Membership - Access to All Club Amenities. - Non-property owners qualify for this membership category. - Structured as a one-year membership with future options. - Membership Deposit and monthly dues apply. - Membership Deposit is partially refundable (subject to resignation policy.)
Corporate Golf	Non-Recallable Business Membership - May designate up to three persons, and their families, to use the Club Facilities. - Each designated user will be required to pay a Membership Deposit, and will be entitled to use the Club Facilities on the same basis as a Golf Member. - Each designated user must be an owner, director, officer, partner, shareholder or employee of the entity and will be subject to approval of the Club. - A Corporate Golf Member may change one or more of the designated users one time per membership year, upon payment of a redesignation fee, and approval of the Club. - Access to All Club Amenities. - Monthly dues apply. - Non-property owners qualify for this membership category. - Membership Deposits are partially refundable (subject to resignation policy.)

Family Membership
- Access to All Club Amenities.
- Monthly dues are one-half of golf dues.
- Membership Deposit is 80% refundable (subject to resignation policy.)
- Member's primary residence is 25 to 100 miles from The Club.
- No restrictions on golf play.

National
Golf

Family Membership
- Access to All Club Amenities.
- Monthly dues are one-half of golf dues.
- Membership Deposit is 80% refundable (subject to resignation policy.)
- Member's primary residence is over 100 miles from The Club.
- No restrictions on golf play.

Junior
Golf

Family Membership
- Access to All Club Amenities.
- Member and Spouse must be under age of 35.
- Membership Deposit is100% refundable (subject to resignation policy.)
- Membership must be either upgraded or relenquished on 35th birthday.

Sports

Family Membership
- Access to All Club Amenities, with the exception of Golf.
- Only Carlton Woods property owners can qualify
Initiation:
- 100% refundable after two years with incentive.
- 100% refundable at anytime without incentive.

“Trial Membership" Offer

The Club at Carlton Woods is offering a new “Trial Membership”. This membership provides prospective members, a low-risk opportunity to experience what The Club at Carlton Woods is all about.

One year term This Trial Membership offering will allow a prospective member to join The Club at Carlton Woods for a period of one-year with an option to become a full member at the end of the trial membership period.

Membership Deposit & dues
The Membership Deposit is $50,000, with monthly dues in the amount of $800.00. If you should choose not to continue your Membership at the end of one-year, a 100% refund of the Membership Deposit paid would be refunded back to the Member within 30-days after the one-year anniversary date. If you should choose to continue the Membership at the end of one-year, the Membership Deposit paid would be applied to one of our many applicable categories of Membership. The Member would simply pay the difference.

Payment Options for continuing Membership The initial Trial Membership Deposit will be applied towards an applicable category of Membership. The balance can be; (i) paid in cash, or (ii) paid out in two equal annual payments, interest free .

All amenities of the Club are included in this “Trial Membership” offering. These amenities include the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, the Tom Fazio Championship Golf Course, both Clubhouses (one is located at each golf course), Tennis, Fitness, Swimming, Dining, and all the Club’s events.
