A Golfer’s Dream

With two nationally-recognized courses designed by Tom Fazio and Jack Nicklaus, an unforgettable day on the golf course is never out of reach.

In addition to two superb courses, we offer one of the finest, state-of-the-art teaching facilities in the country along with golf professionals who are dedicated to taking your game to the next level. Add to that two golf shops stocked with the latest equipment and apparel tailored to your discriminating taste.

Tom Fazio Championship Course

In 2005, the spectacular 18-hole Tom Fazio Championship golf course debuted in the Carlton Woods Creekside community. Resting atop 7,358 yards of rolling hillsides on the bluffs of Spring Creek, the Fazio course offers a thrill ride of dramatic slopes and subtle undulations, embracing the natural features of the land while creating a truly special golfing experience. Following completion, Golf Digest named it the "Best New Private Course in Texas," and "#3 Best New Private Course in the U.S."

"I don't believe in Signature holes. Carlton Woods Creekside is 18 individual holes blended together to create a Signature course that you will enjoy for years to come. The greatness of this course will be determined by the traditions that you build around it." - Tom Fazio"

Jack Nicklaus Signature Course

The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Carlton Woods opened in 2001 to rave reviews and high acclaim. Designed personally by Jack Nicklaus, the generous teeing grounds and landing areas wind among lakes and parklands, and the greens feature an intriguing design of undulation and bunkering. Upon it’s arrival, the Nicklaus course was named the “Best New Private Course in Texas” and “#3 Best New Private Course in the U.S.” by Golf Digest. In 2014, Jack Nicklaus named his course at Carlton Woods one of the Top 18 Course Designs in his illustrious career.

"The course we have created at Carlton Woods takes full advantage of the beautifully wooded terrain in this area of the country. The Club at Carlton Woods will test the purist, embrace those fortunate ones just beginning the game and reward all with a memorable golfing experience." - Jack Nicklaus
